Creative Blinds is a family-owned and operated business, based out of Plano, TX. We've been in business for 10 years as a plantation shutter manufacturer, Creative Shutters, but then decided to expand in the market by opening Creative Blinds in 2003, to handle all other window treatments. The reason for the creation of an entirely separate company was due to our entry into the restaurant and commercial property industry. Until 2002, we had only provided blinds and other window treatments as an 'add-on' for our plantation shutter clients. In 2002, we did our first six restaurants, located in the Houston area. Since that summer, we have now done over 100 restaurants and our business is still growing today.
